A Completely Normal Binusian Blog

Hello again! This will be the last blog post for the ‘AO Assignment’ series. In this post, I’ll be talking about the Inauguration Ceremony that was held at Jakarta Convention Center, Central Jakarta on the 30th of August 2016.

Because my house is located pretty far away from the location, me and my Binusian friends went there by taxi from around 5.45 AM. Surprisingly enough, we arrived way too early, sadly.

I got really bored of waiting, but the Inauguration Ceremony itself was pretty worth it. There are quite a lot of interesting attractions put up for show and I didn’t get sleepy at all. To be frank, I was quite disappointed when the event ended before the scheduled time – I hoped for there to be more to it; something like an encore, perhaps.

There were talented freshmen singing on stage – displaying their talent.
There were attractions from the Choir club, Drama club, Band club, and the Dance club.
There were awards for us. Apparently my class was nominated for two awards and I still doubt that those nominations are for real.

Well, anyways, those are my top three events from all that happened at the Inauguration Ceremony. I enjoyed the ceremony as whole, though. I rate that Inauguration Ceremony 4.8/5.
